Double Delight

by Magarietha
(South Africa)

I buy only perfumed roses and the thing is, I have Harmony, Blue Moon (aah!), Mr Lincoln, Crimson Glory (with all its health quirks), Oklahoma, Duft Wolke, oh the lot, in my garden but every time I have a variety of these clutched in my hand, Double Delight will blow me away when I smell it! with Crimson Glory and musky Blue Moon a close second. I need to see it somewhere when I look out of a window. It makes me happy, you know... like 'Detol' does, because it reminds me so fondly of the birth of my children, the happy times in maternity wards. Well Double Delight has that same effect. We are riddled with criminals here in South Africa, but when I smell my roses, somehow, everything feels normal, even the electric fencing which encases all of us.
Kindest Regards
Magarietha Zondagh
