Displaying Roses
...to Make You Proud of Them!

Drying Roses | Cutting | Arranging | Rose Bouquets | Weddings

Displaying roses at Rose shows and garden openings, or even in your own home, requires a little skill and insider information to be successful. But you should be proud of what you have grown so lets learn a little about displaying roses to their best advantage.

Rosarians build intricate floral shapes, using bowls, baskets and vases. Some spend hours on complex dried flower arrangements and others prefer the pressed flower variety. Like mothers with their new-born babies, I have watched Rose Growers patiently and delicately arrange their displays for the public, some taking many, many hours of work.

Red Tea Rose

Displaying roses is an act of love and devotion, even though we may not be showing outside the home. We have the same level of pride in displaying our roses to our families and friends as those rosarians who attend the shows.

Whatever our personal choice, we all hold some pride in what we have grown. We seek the best way to show our beautiful roses to others and delight in the presentation.

Whether we prepare a vase of tea roses or a wreath of dried miniatures, we all want to let the beauty of the rose show through and enhance it's presentation.
