Rose Tea
...The natural way to get more than just your Vitamins!

Rose Tea may taste good but research has also shown that 'Tea' generally has a major therapeutic effect on the human body.

Research in the U.K. for example showed that tea drinking aided in memory retention in the aged, helped the body fight immunity degeneration and built immunity against colds and flu.

Rose Hip Tea contains vitamins A, B3, C, D, and E and has been shown to be good for infections, particularly bladder infections. Besides this, it has been shown to be an excellent source of Vitamin C, even more powerful than oranges!

Tea can be made from rose hips or rose petals and has a slightly tangy flavor. You can of course, buy Rose tea bags from your local Vitamin store or you could make your own.

150 mls of distilled and boiling water poured over a few grams of dried rose petals produces a soothing tea, good for sore throats and colds.

Or chop up some pesticide free (and clean) rose hips. Cover with distilled water and boil for 30 minutes. Strain and add a little honey to taste.

There you have a complete health food store in a drink!
